Everyday life can make us so stressed or even depressed that we tend to disconnected from our surrounding. If you are going to cleanse, you can do it as fast as you want or as slow as you want.
Sit in a cross-legged position with you back straight. The eyes should be closed or looking at the tip of your nose. The left hand resting on your left knee. Close the right nostril with your right thumb. Breathe through the left nostril and hold your breath, while reciting the mantra. Repeat every word carefully. After that close the left nostril with the index finger and exhale slowly through the right nostril. If you are a beginner then do it for 3 minutes, 7 minutes, 11 minutes and then go up from there. 11 minutes a day can give you confidence and your ability to understand who you are. 31 minutes a day will give great strength and discipline. In one year, it will make you feel fantastic.
Love and Kindness Meditation
More often than not, we find ourselves being angry at someone or even someone else for no particular reason. If you often find yourself in this position, Love and Kindness meditation will help you out. Boosting one’s ability to empathize with others is the beauty of the meditation. This meditation aids development of positive emotions, loving attitude towards oneself as well as increasing self-acceptance.
To practice this, you have to sit down in a meditation position, with your eyes closed, and think about warm feelings of love and kindness for yourself, and then gradually towards other people; starting from your good closest friend to everyone on the planet.
